Field adoption is the only metric that matters
Any platform the office loves but the site ignores is worthless. Every primary field action — log, photo, clock out, issue — must be reachable in two taps, one-handed, in sunlight, with gloves on.

Offline-first is not a feature, it is the default
The mobile app writes to the device first, always. The UI confirms immediately. The queue syncs when connectivity returns. Nothing is ever lost because nothing depends on a network call succeeding.

One source of truth for the numbers
The accepted estimate sets the budget. Time and expenses flow into job costing automatically. The invoice is generated from the same phase data. One set of numbers — not three that never match.

When a paid-plan contractor invites a sub, the sub gets a free account. They can view jobs, submit logs, raise COs, and view drawings — without ever paying. The network grows without gatekeeping.
